Cancellation & Refund Policy

Windmill Ridge Co provides service-based digital and 360° content services. As our services involve reserved booking times and work completed specifically for each client, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply.

Booking Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without an additional rescheduling fee.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the 20% booking deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If outdoor work cannot reasonably or safely proceed due to rain, severe weather or other circumstances outside either party's reasonable control, the booking may be rescheduled without penalty.

If Windmill Ridge Co needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, we will arrange a suitable alternative date with the client. If we are unable to provide the agreed service, any amount paid for services that will not be provided will be refunded.

Completed Work & Change of Mind

Because our services and digital content are created specifically for each client, refunds are generally not available for change of mind once work has commenced or been completed.

This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Issues With Your Service

If you believe there is a problem with the service or final work supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, we may correct or re-perform the affected part of the service. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
